Pathetic service with my order

I have been waiting for 5 business days for my phone to be delivered because they gave my old address to ram but i have updated my address with vodacom about a year ago and they confirmed my address about 4-6 times and they have still not sent out my phone because they are waiting for back office to send out the authorization to ram for the new address but how do you get it right to give my old address even though i have confirmed my new address 4-6 times and i have updated my address on my account just pathetic
