Pathetic service - WIFI off since FRIDAY!!!!!!
My WIFI has been off since Friday. Have logged numerous calls with absolutely no response. Call centre technicians commit to keep me updated however I have not been helped at all. My issue keeps getting escalated without any progress. I am running my business from this line and I'm losing business!!! Pathetic service. You can expect my notice of cancellation if this matter is not resolved TODAY!
