PATHETIC SERVICE VODACOM NORTHGATE

On Friday 21st of July 2023 we went to Vodacom Northgate for a new contract that was advertised in this months catalogue for the Iphone 14 Plus R599. The agent told us the stock will be at the shop Monday(24) or Tuesday(25 th of July). Till now, no feedback from agent. As per Vodacom online, this specific phone is discontinued. So why advertise this if that is the case. This is false adverti*****t. After many times to get hold of the store, they told us the phone is on back order. I went to Vodacom for a reason, not to play games. I want an answer from Management on this. If this phone is discontinued, please change it to the Iphone 14 with the same price(599), because you provide false info to me regarding this phone.
