pathetic service - Vodacom lost my phone

So I booked my phone in with a cracked screen at Vodacom 4U in Clearwater mall. I eventually received the notification to fetch my phone on Monday, when I got there I was told the phone is flat so I can’t test it. I took them at their word, big mistake!!! The phone didn’t want to switch on again. So I spoke to Vodacom and was told to take it back. So I Tuesday I paid again for and Uber, to take the phone back, I’ve been waiting since then and haven’t received a job number or anything. When I phone the repair center they confirmed they haven’t received my phone as yet, when I phone the store they don’t have my phone. So where is my phone that Vodacom broke and can’t fix. Now I have to sit without a phone because Vodacom messed it up. I WANT MY PHONE NOW!!!
