PATHETIC SERVICE -VODACOM FIBRE LINE SALE

Made a Telephonic Fibre line Sale with Vodacom on sales# ***. Moses Monthse is the sales person done on 23rd March . Subsequently through the process days later they awaited an ID document which I never sent- but no follow up of Sales order was even done to expedite their request. When I eventually followed Up, I was told They waiting My ID, I then supp**** such on 17/04/2020 , got notification that it went for Manual vetting and nothing after that. I have followed up 3 times now..with a call to Zama @ the number above on 22/04/2020, this morning 23/04/2020 with an email to Moses, and again today spoke with a Sibu on same number this afternoon 23/04/2020 - Both Saying they escalating to their invisible manager but as expected- no contact at all. Moses does not even come back on email - This is the type of Service to expect from such an establishment. Coming back with a sincere Apology is inevitable and possibly blaming the lockdown, but what gets done about this PATHETIC SERVICE??
