Pathetic service :VODACOM

Vodacom has the MOST pathetic service ever. They are a bunch of *****. I app**** for relocation on the 26 February 2021 and was told buy 31 March I should have wifi in my new place.

I have been calling them almost everyday and they keep on saying in the 48 hours everything will be sorted. I don't know if they were trained to lie to their customers or what but all of them keep on saying they will call me back and they never do.

Secondly they have been double debitic for 2 months in my account and when I ask them no one knows what's going on. They still owe me 2 months premium that they were debiting from my account without my permission. I would NEVER recommend anyone to Vodacom. Yesterday I ended up canceling my wifi not because I wanted to but because they gave me no choice. Today is the 14 April I still don't have wifi at my place. There service is DISGUSTING shame.
