Pathetic service vodacom and vumatel
Vodacom fibre and vumatel have been so frustrating to deal with. I have been shunted from pillar to post just to get something as simple as getting an installation done.. I have spent hours contacting them to resolve a simple issue... each one blames the other..I have been struggling from October to get assistance.. and guess what it's still not resolved. If it does get resolved it might take 6 weeks thereafter to install.. this service is unbelievable to say the least.
