Pathetic Service Vodacom 4u CapeGate

I would like to share my experience with Vodacom 4u specifically the one in Cape Gate. I have an honor cellphone on contract that I took out in 2023 November to be exact. My watch that came with the deal started glitching and I took the watch in to Vodacom 4u to see if they can assist me. The technician of this store took my watch and send it away. I received my job number and Unathi made contact with me to send through my proof of purchase which I did. Ever since November 2024 I have not heard from anyone regarding the progress, where my watch is at, whether it can be fixed or replaced. Absolutely no communication at all. I went into Vodacom 4u multiple times and this technician who is apparently the only one that can enter their systems l, is just never at work. (clearly absenteeism problems there). I went into the store again on Saturday and he was not there. Another consultant took my details, and promised me that someone will call me back. Up until now no one had given me a call back.

I don't even have to mention any names as there is only one technician in this store as no one else can do his job but him. Everyone else in this store just sits there and look pretty.

The service I have been receiving from vodacom is pathetic to say the least. I have been a loyal customer for many yrs and this is the thank you you get.

I am disgusted by their staff and will not recommend vodacom 4u store to anyone.
