Pathetic service Vodacom!

Vodacom is extremely unprofessional! I took an online contract last week due to my current phone being unserviceable. I received a sms on Friday indicating that my phone is with the couriers and out for delivery. I called today to find out the status of my order as I really do need a phone. I was told that the skynet driver had been hijacked and now I’m must wait for SkyNet to send Vodacom a statement after the police investigations have been done and then only will Vodacom re issue me a phone. How does this have anything to do with me? I understand the hijacking but now I have a contract with no phone and they cannot give me a turnaround time! I asked to cancel the contract because I cannot wait and need a new phone, I’m told I cannot cancel the contract! This is ridiculous and very frustrating! I will never be dealing with Vodacom again!
