Pathetic service - Unfair Treatment (TCF)
3 months later VODACOM is still fixing my phone! I took my phone in for repairs on 13/06/2015 and I was told it will take them 7 to 21 days to repair & I heard nothing from them. I then decided to call them on 13 July to follow up and I spoke to the repairs manager Nicole who was arrogant and kept blaming me for not deactivating some app and when asked why they didn't call me she told me it's not her responsibility and they don't call customers. I escalated the matter to the store manager Johan who apologised and assured me that my phone will be fixed within 7 days - he asked me to give him my iCloud password over the phone to deactivate \Find my iPhone"app"
