Pathetic Service : *****ulent contract opened on my name and 18 months later no resolution!

A *****ulent cellphone contract was opened on my name early last year using all my details including my bank details. When I first noticed the debit order going off my account, I immediately contacted Vodacom. I was passed around from department to department and nobody was able to assist me. After numerous calls over the months, I was told to go to the offices in Midrand. I went to Midrand and was informed that the contract was opened at a place in Randburg. When I requested that they show me all the documents used to open this account, the people at the Midrand branch could not attain this. When i asked for them to contact that dealer in Randburg, they could not do this either. It is now 18 months and I have not been able to resolve this. Every month I have to get my bank to reverse the debit order. On top of this admin, i am getting a negative credit score rating as it is appearing as missed payments on my profile. How is it possible to allow this level of *****ulent activity to take place and not be able to resolve within a quick turnaround ? Absolutely shocking service with Vodacom and their dealers opening *****ulent contracts under their watch !

Reviewer Update
Good Day,
Nobody has contacted me regarding this issue still. This has affected my credit score and rating really bad as missed payments etc... I have tried everything and still no resolve. Please can someone contact me via email to resolve this issue. I am absolutely defeated by how a company as big as Vodacom allows such to happen to people and not bother to even make a phone call to solve the matter.
