Pathetic service to loyal customers

Appalling service. We stay in belhar where the reception is pathetic. I phoned to lay a complaint and a technician was there to check the signal and showed me it was bad. He said that he will liase with the area planner and get back to me. It has been 2 months and no one has. Been with Vodafone for 12 years. Really pathetic.
