pathetic service time after time!!!!

My vodacom line was cut earlier this year, after they claimed I did not pay. I was never aware that my debit order bounced on the sunday evening. I then went into the shop and paid the account the Monday. Whereafter I was told to pay the R120 penalty for late payment. I was never called to tell me the payment did not go off, I saw it on Monday when I accessed my bank account. When I called them to ask why they just penalised me without giving me a chance to pay it, they just responded with " I don't know". The assistant at the Somerset Mall Vodashop then said if we pay the debit order amount that is due, they will re-open my line. The money was paid, but they kept my line off. After going into the store numerous times and paying the next month's contract fee in store, they still did not reconnect me. I refused to pay further as I could not access my number at all and had to get a prepaid SIM. I have not had a single call or email or sms since then from Vodacom. Now today their lawyers send an sms to an ex of mine's Cell C nr, that states this : Lalita Smith your Vodacom (pty) Ltd acc has been handed over to VVM Debt Collectors, Balance O/s of R 4271.50. Contact us urgently on ********** 007 for a payment arrangement. Ref:I **********
LALITA SMITH, information has been updated iro your profile at CPB Credit Bureau. Contact us for further info. VVM ********** 028 Ref:I **********

This is why I can't stand cellphone companies, especially Vodacom!!!!!!!!
