Pathetic service rendered by Vodacom

I have app**** for the Fiber on 17 December 2019, confirmation e-mail was sent to me with the sales order number S***, the router was delivered to my home in December 2019. The e-mail indicated that SADV will install the fiber within two to three weeks. After more than three weeks, I phoned Vodacom to inquire about the installation of the fiber, I was told that SADV indicated that my area is not live yet, but no way forward was provided despite the fact that Macro Fiber provides services in my complex. I phoned Vodacom again on 18 February 2020, I was told that MFN has been given my order to install the fiber, another router was sent me by Vodacom and the new sales order was generated S***. On the 19 of February 2020, MFN installed the router and indicated that it will be working after 48 hours. On 21 February 2020, I phoned Vodacom because it was not working i was told that I have two contracts because Vodacom delivered two routers. the person who assisted me from Vodacom fiber indicated that the LAN cable was plugged in a wrong provision. I was requested to unplug it and put it on W.., I was told that I must wait for another 48 hours for it to work, 48 hours expired on Monday the 24th of February 2020 still it was not working. I phone vodacom fiber again on Monday to cancel the contract, Amanda who assisted me requested me to give Vodacom another day to sort out the problem, she committed that the problem will be resolved on Tuesday the 25th of February 2020, still no one from Vodacom phoned or visited my house to resolve the problem. I phoned Vodacom on the 25th of February 2020 to cancel the contract, I was assisted by Sizise who was very rude, she refused to give me her surname and stated that it is Vodacom policy not provide surnames for security reasons, i did not understand the security reason provided. I indicated to her that I wanted to cancel the firber contract because the router is not working and there is no indication from Vodacom as to when will it work considering that the whole process was started on 17 December 2019 (I have been loosing wifi allowance from my employer since my wifi contract expired in December 2019). Siziwe indicated that there will be a cancellation fee, i found the cancellation fee unfair not in line with Consumer Protection Act because the fault is from Vodacom, they are unable to make the router work.
