PATHETIC SERVICE - REFUND AMOUNT STILL DUE.

I have experienced the most pathetic service from the vodacom service department. a query regarding a refund was logged on the 22nd of Jan and till date i have not received the refund. The call centre agents are rude - Sibongile telling me there is nothing she can do i must speak to customer service to log a complaint. Zanele Masuku stating that she can see the debit on the statement yet the amount shows... It seems no one has an understanding of customer service at all. Every person i speak to has a different turn around time, it is such a pain having to contact the call centre for anything!!!!!!
