Pathetic service received

I was called by a vodacom call center consultant named Natasha i app**** for and iPhone X online and when she called me she was confirming my details which she did very rudely and before completing the call she put me on hold and then dropped the call which i found very unprofessional and rude!!...im also still waiting for the sms that she was supposed to send to me with an email address where i was to send my documents through.
