Pathetic Service Provider- Quick to give in, slow to help out!

Pathetic- Quick to call back when you need to purchase something but now that I need assistance with the product I have been given that needs to be cancelled, suddenly there is nobody available to assist me!!!! Worst Service Provider ever, nevermind how expensive they are but the service is absolutely PATHETIC!

I need my Contract that ended on 03 May 2020 to be Cancelled IMMEDIATELY - I don't see howwww or whyyyy Vodacom is still debiting me???? What the hell????I want this Contract Cancelled and I want my Money refunded ASAP, I cannot believe how disgusting this service has been! wow!
