Pathetic Service provider not even sure why i stayed this long with you,since you always have issues!

This is such shame, i went to a Standerton voda shop to take up a contract as my previous contracts were closed by me. the gentleman assisting has done all that is in his power help.the application has been declined because my surname doesn't match.since when is it a crime to be married and take up my husband surname, i was a Mokoena and now a Mahlangu. I have been married since may 2014 if vodacom does not want me as their customer , please just let me know that we can cut ties nicely, i am porting my prepaid numbers all of them to another network who will help me without and stupid hassles, like you are no longer who we knew you to be. What is actually upsetting on this matter is the fact that i took up an online contract in 2016 where i was using my marriage surname and it was approved with no stories and now i am getting stories, keep your contract ! Now the consultant was even suggesting that he recaptures, why must he recapture when the correct info was initially sent ?firstly it was declined because my bank does not accept debit orders?in the past years when you were taking my money to meet our agreements my account was allowing suddenly the same account is not accepting any debit orders as if this was not enough.
