Pathetic service provider ever!!the worse of them lot... no customer care

Vodacom is the worse service provider when it comes to messing up and fixing their damn problems. I took out a contract 4 months ago but the router and sim was a default, they collected it immediately but it's still on my profile and has not been removed. I tried to purchase data on the vodacom app and emailed vodacom 2 months ago and got an automated response because it said my number is not a vodacom number but I've had this number for the last 20 years you idiots. I'm going to name and shame vodacom on all social media platforms. Blady 4 months and no response and you call in all the time and they transfer to a department where the number doesnt exist. Can you believe this stupid networ****!
