PATHETIC service Provider

Hi Vodacom, please help me to sort a matter with one of your service providers Elite Mobile. Once again i have a complaint about them and they don't even bother responding on a HelloPeter complaint as well as Facebook. I have requested a call recording as to extension of contract but they just don't bother. I have even spoken to Nicoline at Elite Mobile and just ... NOTHING. I have heard of allot of people that Elite mobile is fibbing about contracts.
