PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDED
<p>MY PHONE HAS BEEN WITH VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS AND TILL TODSAY NO ONE CAN ACTUALLY SAY WHEN AMI GOING TO GET IT BACK,I AM TOLD THE SPARE PART TAKES ABOUT 21 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE BUT WHEN I HANDED IN MY PHONE I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE A MAXIMUM ON 15 DAYS. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND VODACOM EMPLOYEES ARE *****!!!</p>

I REGRET TAKING A CONTRACT WITH YOU, I CALLED YOUR REPAIR CENTRE( ********** ) AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE CALLED SIYABONGA MTHEBU WHO CLAIMS TO BE A SENIOR BUT HE IS VERY *********** ,HE S TELLING ME HE IS A SENIOR OF THE REPAIR ESCALLATION CENTRE BUT CANNOT SAY WHEN AM I GETTING MY PHONE.
