Pathetic Service once again

So I am at the point whereby I have given up with Vodacom.I have sent my girlfriend's phone so many times to them but its still not fixed...I am startimg to accept the fact that they really don't care at all...I have been a client of Vodacom for 11 years now but I think its time for me to move over to a different service provider...I gave up when they sent her phone for repairs and when it was so called fixed,we took it home only to find out that it was still freezing...Vincent then said that he will get her a new battery as he THINKS that her battery is messed up.He said he will call us...We waited but to no avail.I phoned in and he confirmed that we can come get the battery,when we get there,they gave the battery to another customer...Imagine our surprise and up until now they have not called us to come fetch the new battery,what is this???Pathetic service...
