Pathetic service of vodacom !!!!!

I upgraded March 2021 on my Data contract ***. Ever since there has been a problem that Vodacom is not loading my 30GB Bonus Anytime data as it was stipulated in my contract. It has been now 4 months trying to resolve the problem !!! Many queries have been lodge on their system with no response. In my view vodacom is simply *****ing the 30GB Bonus Anytime data, As it is now been 4 months of trying to resolve the issue.

Only person willing to resolve the issue is Lionel of North Cape Mall Vodacom. But he is also struggling to resolve the issue at vodacom customer care himself. And there is only as much as he can do

I hereby request vodacom to cancel my contract immediately !! As they are not willing to load my 30 GB bonus Data as stipulated in my contract. And they are not willing to resolve the issue.

No payments will be made from me and I also will seek legal advice to resolve this matter ASAP and also the 4 Months of missing data that has not been loaded on my contract
