Pathetic service. Non existent
I have issued a hello Peter complaint on the 7th January. I still have yet to be contacted by your company. This service is pathetic.
You don't respond to emails, your call centre lines are down.
This is pathetic

18 Jan 2021, 12:08Your agent Kumesh said my phone would be reactivated on Thursday the 14th January. This would be done on 24 hours. It is now 4 days later and still not done.
I have had no joy at all regarding this contract when I upgraded. Your company has done everything completely opposite to what I agreed.
Cancel the contract and come get your phone.
