Pathetic service! No service on repair.

Recently my Galaxy S4's screen started to give on with purple spots and marks appearing and getting worse as time goes on. So there I was taking my phone to ChatzVodacom shop in Broadacres shopping centre. I filled in and signed all the forms and handed my phone to Sindi. Today a week later I phone Vodacom's repair centre, give them the job number just to find out the phoned hasn't arrived at Vodacom Fourways Mall's repair centre. It's literally 3km and nothing as been done in a week's time. Better yet I phoned the repair centre at Fourwys mall and get the sam reply. <br> <br> So I tried calling the Chatz shop and after 3 attempts of no one answering decided to drive there. I get there and the guy actually tells me the phone is still on it's way. SERIOUSLY? 3km in a week and he is still on his way? Is he walking...<br> <br> Where the hell is my phone as it seems no one knows and when the hell will it be fixed.
