Pathetic service, no internet, no feedback.

Hi,

Using the business LTE router with VOIP. Been without internet now for two weeks. Logged numerous times, spoken to a lot of consultants, send endless mails, but all I can get is that the fault was sent to the tower technicians, they have a 14 day responds time and can't give me an update before the 14 days are over. Tried cancelling to get a local service provider as the business is effected immensely. Do not get any call back or reply other than a ref number. Tried chatting online (Riana) , could not help me. Holding on for 30 mins now as I type this email to try and speak to someone again. Even tried the sales dept that sold the package to me last year but have a no care attitude.
