Pathetic service level
I am sick and tired of Vodacom and their pathetic service, I mean all I am asking for is the banking details so that I can pay my account but no one has the mental capacity to assist me and therefore it is affecting my credit score, *** is wrong with the service level of this company, I will pay my account and cancel it as well.
