PATHETIC SERVICE IN SANDTON CITY

on the 04/06/2015 I had a problem with my 3G modem which didn't want to open up and which kept saying failed drivers and didn't want to connect to the internet I then tried another modem with the same sim card and that didn't work also I then called the call centre who advised me I take the modem to the Vodacom shop I started at Bennmore Vodacom who said they don't have technicians I should go to Sandton City I get to the first store they referred me to the Data shop I get there and see staff hanging around I ask for assistance and reffered to a Dim wit technician who had a don't care attitude when I explained the problem he said I should go and get my laptop as he couldn't do anything with I told him its a desk top then I should go fetch a USB yet I had 2 Vodacom modems with me he could have used either one to download the software. He just couldn't care a dam they were 2 sitting there Daniel and Bongani then I was just frustrated and said I will cancel the contract were I was referred to Gidieon who insisted I go to the branch were I opened the account I dint leave until he cancelled it as I said this can be done at any branch then my data contract was cancelled.
