Pathetic service, impossible to cancel anything

Good day

Ive been trying to cancel my post paid contract continuation for years now .

I have no interest in it , its a waste of money. I literally have never even used the sim card nor do i have it.

Literal years.

Please cancel it immediately. I work nightshift and will not be answering my phone during the day. I have no interest in explaining to a salesman that i want to cancel, i have interest in another product.

Ive been asking you to cancel since 10 September 2023 and still have the emails to prove it

This is my final email. Cancel this or I will simply cancel the debit order at the bank
