Pathetic Service & Ignorance

On the 9 Jan 2016, just after 09:00 am, I contacted call centre regarding ***,and my call was answered by a lady, whom according to me had no respect to customers, her job nor client service, she was not interested at all, i even share with my wife, pity i forgot to take down her name, she didn't listen to my request, therefore I had to repeat myself over and over again, even after saying to her she must write down the information, the most disturbing part, was when she tried to repeat the information i gave her, she had everything WRONG. worse after requesting to be place service IVR to rate the service, she cut the call. and this is the reason why I moving from Vodacom and will ensure that no one in my family, friends etc use Vodacom. i don't think we deserve this pathetic service.
