Pathetic service from you VODACOM

Pathetic service to say the least,I app**** for Fibre wifi with vodacom as internet service provider, vuma tel has already installed their device more than 9 days ago.I have sent 7 email to Sduduzo who is supposed to ensure my vodacom router is delivered but he has completely and bluntantly ignored all my 7 emails to him asking when I can expect the router to be delivered to me....Such pathetic service and ignorance from your employees .my reference number is SO***..either you deliver or I take my request to.one of the many other service providers who will appreciate the business
