Pathetic service from Vodacom yet again! Your slogan should be " always offering bad service "

I was eligible for an upgrade which I did online and confirmed with the consultant . Later on I get an SMS with the incorrect price . Called vodacom since 18 Nov every single day with no joy. I had to send the couriered device back just so they could amend on the system 24 to 36 months. Pathetic to say the least as I called back today only for them to say the device is not available!!!! This is what I was afraid of and now due to VODACOMS FAULT, I LOST OUT ON MY DEVICE AND CONTRACT I WANTED.
