Pathetic service from Vodacom Vodabucks customer service

Good day.... Vodacom is robbing customers on their Vodacom App with Voda bucks purchases. I used to purchase with the vodabucks at Vidda E without any problems Until December 2023 when it just stopped when I needed to purchase something on the Vodacom app using my Vodabucks.... I reported to Vodacom customer care which they transferred me to Vodabucks queries... The lady that assisted me on 20 January 2024 around 1pm....told me that everything that I was purchasing with her, she claimed that Vodacom doesn't have any stock but it doesn't say that on my Vodacom app.... The lady that assisted me was very rude and everything was out of stock.
