Pathetic service from Vodacom....*******!
<p>I am hugely frustrated by Vodacom as I have been charged R 1309 for data that I never used. I returned 2 routers to Vodacom (via RAM) within the allowed 10 day period and was told that I would be contacted to arrange for credit. This never happened. I spoke to Bianca Smith and Lizi Nkozi (reference AC-04Y6-2CQQIA) on separate occasions and was assured that credits would be passed. To date I have been charged from May –September 2016 @ R 119p.m *2 =R 1190 and for October R 119 which totals R 1309. </p> <p>I again spoke to Maditaba Maama yesterday and was assured that I would get a call before COB which didn’t happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY UNHAPPY VODACOM CUSTOMER that will swop to another service provider as soon as I have opportunity.</p> <p> </p> <p>Johan Grobler</p>

Vodacom consumer advisor phoned me the next day to inform me that someone is looking into our case and will contact my husband asap. As usual Vodacom still hasn't come back to him or me. Vodacom is *****ing our money on a monthly basis and all we get in return are promises and promises!!! We are still waiting Vodacom!!!!! Such pathetic service!!!!!!
