Pathetic service from Vodacom Online New contract call center

I called the online new contracts department to take out an iPhone 12 contract the agent LM_NTOBELAL did my application and it was approved , after she did the quote I did not receive any feedback weather the application has gone through I called various times and left messages to be contacted back and it’s been 3 days with no feedback, called on the third day and the floor manager said she will get someone to call me back within an hour , nobody called me back ! I eventually called vodacom and told them to cancel the application, cause nobody wanted to complete the process of sending it through.
