Pathetic service from Vodacom once again !!!!

Pathetic service yet again.....my internet connection issues has still not been sorted out and no phone calls from Vodacom and it's now going the second month with the same issues.....they have closed the previous ticket without the issue even being sorted out, that's how Vodacom works, imagine !!!! Even the Team Leader "Pamela" calls and was rude and not helpful, I'm now down with this pathetic service and will be looking for a new service provider that respects their clients !!!!!
