Pathetic service from Vodacom.... No service coverage.

What a sham. It's been almost a month that I have reported the fact that there is little to no coverage at out new offices. They have admitted there is an intermittent fault, will send technician. Never happened. Weekly calls to check if it fixed, how can it be fixed if no one arrives. Will escalate, what a joke, nothing happens. Have more than 10 contracts with them, maybe should go to MTN with better service. We're loosing business daily.....
