Pathetic service from vodacom

1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience

Absolutely appalling service from Vodacom! I've had a WiFi package for 3 years and for the past 4 weeks, my internet hasn't worked. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and Messenger, I've received nothing but automated responses and reference numbers with ZERO follow-up or resolution.

It's unacceptable that I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. The lack of communication and support is frustrating and unprofessional. Vodacom, sort out your customer service and fix the issue! Until then, I'll be exploring alternative options.
