Pathetic Service from Vodacom debited 5 times my instalent

Vodacom I'm utterly disappointed in your pathetic service. I took out an iPhone first installment was due February 2026 I was debited 5 times the amount. After going through how many channels eventually someone called me Monday o asked them to call me back up until Today no response from your complaints department. My experience thus far with Vodacom Pathetic,negligent , unprofessional and I'm left with nothing of my salary you messing with my livelihood. Can the Head of Vodacom please contact me TODAY!!! Next is the Ombudsman!!!!!!!!
