Pathetic service from Vodacom

My wife app**** for fibre end of January 2021. She signed the agreement and was told that the router will be delivered and then we must wait 4-6 weeks for open serve to contact us regarding installation. We then followed up in the 7th week after not receiving a call and then a consultant said that logged an escalation on our behalf. Another week went by and we called in again, another consult told us that the service request wasn’t logged initially by the lady who initially helped us first. Another escalation was then done for us and we were told we would receive a call within 48 hours. Still no call has been received. We called vodacom again today and my wife spoke to Leroy who couldn’t advise us on when someone would contact us regarding our fibre and it being installed. Leroy couldn’t give us answers of what the escalation turnaround time is and advised one manager would contact us but could say when. We had to even tell him to type the email to his manager as he didn’t want to lie to us. This is ridiculous now. We have already cancelled our other subscription and we now have to pay for data to work. Either Vodacom fetches their router from us and we find another service provider or this matter must be resolved this week still. Totally unacceptable the level of service we receiving from such a reputable company.
