Pathetic service from vodacom
Vodacom RUINS lives!!!!!! Due to the PATHETIC COMPANY and STAFF a contract was Never canceled, after phoning in twice to have it done!!!!!!!!!!! No one phones! No debt orders go off!! Nothing!!!! But now im in arrears!!!!! Now due to the patheticness of VODACOM my credit is ruined and i cant get a loan that is needed!!!
This will go further that Hellopeter, how many people does this not happen to??? Vodacom is breaking down people instead of doing their jobs!!!
This is UNFAIR!!!!!

08 Feb 2021, 14:08Hahahaha **** response, so today my husband goes to Vodacom AGAIN to try and transfer last contract on my mothers name to his name and to our expectations VODACOM AGAIN did not do their job despite a very nice hellopeter response!!! This is outrageous and pathetic.... After being told amd confirmed above we now owe another amount of money!!!! How pathetic can one company be?????? We will take this further with more legal steps!!! And make damb sure this goes to every media sorce now possible!!!!!
