Pathetic service from vodacom

Never ever sign up for vodacom Fiber, its a ****. I'm experiencing slow connection after every two weeks. I logged a request on the 22nd of June today is the 26th my connection is still slow my request is still pending. no one is saying anything. yesterday I spoke to call center agent he said he'll mail the guy n come back to me. its been 24 hours nothing still. Vodacom is pathetic
