Pathetic Service from Vodacom

Im so disappointed with Vodacom, ive been with them for so many years and this is the service i get its absolutely pathetic. Early Jan 2025 i called in to cancel a contract that was due to be cancelled because i was changing to a different ISP, Vodacom sales tactic was to offer me something competitive and i accepted. when plugging in the new device witch happened to be a LTE router that was supposed to be 100meg download with a 2TB Fair usage policy, i received speeds of 1meg so immediately i contacted them and its been back and forward with them since Jan-Feb. they are now causing my ITC to be completely terrible, and this is all because of incompetence. Im very disappointed.
