Pathetic Service from Vodacom

I tried to sign up a new contract with Vodacom today , and it appears that they do not want my business. After making 6 calls and wasting an hour of my time with various call center agents , it probably is a sign for me to perhaps sign up with MTN - none of the 6 agents I spoke to today could assist me.

The call center agents transfer you from pillar to post and are poorly trained and some have no telephone etiquette whatsoever . What does one have to do to sign up a contract with Vodacom, do we have to beg them to sign up our business ?

After being a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years , perhaps its time to move to MTN and hopefully a better customer experience.

Dear Vodacom , thank you for your BOT reply on the 13 Nov 2020.

Please be advised that its been 3 days since I logged my complaint , nobody has had the courtesy of calling me back or responding. It is this type of arrogance that will eventually lead to a company's decline and loss of customers .

If you don't want my business that's perfectly fine , I will spend my hard earned money with MTN.
