Pathetic service from Vodacom

Vodacom has messed me around from day 1 of taking out my contract, my contract was approved and device dispatched to Skynet. Vodacom failed to provide the correct delivery address to Skynet and I had do correct this on my own. Then the order was dispatched for delivery and the driver never arrived after several calls to both Vodacom and Skynet being told absolute lies about where the device is I am told the order is being canceled and I must reapply and start all over again. This is the worst experience I have ever had and vodacom is not willing to assist me at all.
