Pathetic Service from Vodacom Business

Received the worse service ever from Vodacom Business Sales, I app**** for a new line yesterday morning. More than 24 hours later after having to call in more than 5 times Shaelene Maniram is giving me the run arounds. I left countless messages for her to call back but she never does, not sure what he problem is because I thought her work was to sell contracts. All I want is to take out a contract, my business has never missed even a single instalment with Vodacom. All I want is a cellphone contract which I am going to pay for, I dont want any favours is that too much to ask for? She is refusing to give me her manager's contacts or email and says all management is in a meeting, I called an hour later and they are all in a meeting. If I dont qualify they must tell me so that I can go to Cell C or MTN or Telkom
