Pathetic Service from Vodacom Ballito

I bought a phone on the 09th of September, when I got home only to realise that the camera is not working when m taking a pic it says camera stopped so the following day I took it back to the store around 12 and it stayed there till 5:30 and they said they were updating software bit I still experienced the same problems and left it in the store. They said they will send it to a technician for a software update, till today nobody has bother to call me for update and when when I called the branch today to talk to the manager, he got angry and dropped the phone on me.
