Pathetic service from Vodacom

Pathetic service from Vodacom. My husband has been a Vodacom client for many years. As soon as it comes to upgrading his transferred from one person to the other with no results. Either they will call him back (which they dont) or ask a manager to contact him, which has also not happened. 3 WEEKS has passed and he still hasnt received any help from Vodacom JUST TO UPGRADE. But when end of the month comes there are no issues with payment. Pathetic! Would truly appreciate if someone from Vodacom would be so kind just to contact us for an upgrade.
