Pathetic Service from Vodacom and Vumatel!

I have been a customer of Vodacom for over 15 years yet am not treated with the respect I deserve! I am utterly disgusted at the service I am currently receiving from Vodacom Fibre and Vumatel. The most *********** service provider ever!!

I upgraded from SADV to Vumatel by Vodacom as I was advised at the Comicon expo that it was a better service provider. I upgraded in October, only got connected in November even staying without connection for 3 weeks. then now another month having to be without fibre connection for almost 2 weeks. The services of Vodacom and Vumatel are pathetic!!!

I spoke to their call center agent (Nkosinathi) last night who promised to get their supervisor to call back and didn't. I called back today at 12H12, spoke with Bantu who promised to call back within an hour.... I'm still waiting!!!

How many more calls do I still need to make in order to get some service!

Urgently looking for a more professional service provider!!!
