Pathetic service from vodacom and the customer interaction person

So I complains about the fact that I'm have been waiting for feed back about a contract I took out with vodacom on the 26 of May 2020 and it's has been an on going thing. On the 19th on June I wrote a review on hello Peter, on the 22nd of June I got a call from someone from vodacom with regards to the hello Peter complaint. On the 23 of June I got another call from the same person asking if I have been called from anyone from vodacom and I told him he was the only person, call ended with his going to get back to, today is the 26th of June. A whole month since I took out the contract, I still haven't got what I ordered or feed back from vodacom..I will never recommend vodacom to anyone I know and will be canceling my other contract if I don't hear get my device by the end of this month
